Easy Sheet Pan Dinner | Sausage with Peppers and Onions

See this content in the original post

I’m always trying to find quick and easy dinners to make for my family. When it comes to cooking after work the simpler the meal can be - the better. So I have come up with easier ways of making things! Last night, I decided to do sausage, peppers, and onions on a sheet pan. Then put them in martin’s potato rolls and served with apple sauce. The whole family loved the meal! So I’m excited to share it with you! I have to say, the best part of this meal was the fact that I only made 1 dish!

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs. Sausage

  • 2 Green Peppers

  • 1/2 bag of Frozen Pre-Cut Onions

  • 2 Tbsps. Olive Oil

To Cook:

  • Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with olive oil spray.

  • Cut sausage with kitchen sheers, place on baking sheet.

  • Top with sliced peppers, and pre-cut onions (I buy pre-cut onions from Giant, they are frozen in bags which makes it super easy and convenient to add to a meal!)

  • Then top all of it with some olive oil and mix to combine.

  • Cook on 400 for 20 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly cooked.

  • Serve on a potato roll, with applesauce on the side!

  • Enjoy!

Let me know if you make this recipe!
