Affirmations for Doubt (Mom Edition)

It’s so easy to doubt ourselves and believe lies we tell OURSELVES.

So often I hear myself saying things in my head that I would never say to a friend. It takes a lot of practice to recognize those moments and immediately train yourself to rid those thoughts and fill your mind with positivity.

Negative thinking. Self doubt. Lack of confidence has killed so many dreams. So many visions. Has hurt so many mamas and left them in ruts of thinking they’re not enough.

When you’re feeling doubtful of your abilities say these affirmations that will train your mind to be positive and give you the confidence you need to keep taking forward steps.

Repeat them as often as you need to. Encourage yourself. Cheer yourself on. Don’t doubt yourself. You have the power and you have the strength to get everything you want! 💕
