We complicate everything as humans. It doesn’t have to be as hard as we make it - I promise! I use this simple prep and planning guide as a way to help organize and prepare for the week. This way I’m not feeling overwhelmed or caught off guard by things that I KNOW are happening! This helps keep me on top of housework, prep for daycare / school, and work. Packed full of great resources for meal prep, meal planning, and weekly prep - AND as a bonus a few recipes!

A lot of our issues stem from inconsistency and I have learned that building habits helps eliminate the overwhelm we feel when we have so much to do. Habit stacking really does help our brain think less so it can think more efficiently and use our brain power on things that matter instead of tasks that we don’t need to complicate!
