Simplifying Meal Prep & Planning for Moms!

Certain meals are harder to plan for than others. I know I always struggle with getting bored with breakfast and snacks. But at certain points I struggle with them all because I just get bored and lose interest in cooking… woops!

So I created this workbook to help myself with planning and preparing meals and make it easier on myself! In this workbook you list out a variety of meals and options for you to make into meals. You list out a variety of proteins, produce, and carbs. Then you pick from each section to plan out your meal!

There is also space for you to list out favorite recipes so you have something to reference when you’re stuck!

The workbook breaks it all down for you so that you aren’t feeling stuck or lost in your meal prep and planning anymore!

Some more tips for you:

  • Simplify your meal prep routine. Don’t try to get creative all the time, you can switch out proteins and sometimes that’s enough!

  • Have a few staples that are your go-to meal prep items. For me it’s banana bread, protein balls, chia pudding and overnight oats

  • Always wash and cut your produce. This will save so much time during the week when making dinner and will make it so much easier for you to add more veggies into your diet!
