Berry Chia Pudding

I love Chia Seed pudding because it is quick to make and can taste like whatever you want! There are so many variations of this recipe you can do! From berries, to chocolate, to peanut butter, to coconut the recipe can really take on a mind of it’s own when you mix in the ingredients and have fun with it!

Here is my all-time favorite chia pudding recipe. It is berries and coconut flakes and is SO good! You can eat it for breakfast, snack or a post-dinner indulgence!

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 Cup Chia Seeds

  • 3/4 Cup Milk of Choice (I like coconut milk!)

  • 1 tsp. Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Berries (raspberries & blueberries are my go-to’s!)

  • 1 tsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Directions:

  1. Mix together chia seeds and milk in a jar.

  2. Let sit overnight or for at least 4 hours until it becomes thick. The chia seeds absorb the milk!

  3. Top with berries and maple syrup, add coconut flakes.

  4. Enjoy!
