Blueberry Smoothie

I love a good smoothie but I feel like I can never make a good one at home. UNTIL this recipe. I got the idea from a Molly Yeh Girl Meets Farm episode and now I’m obsessed! Of course, like with all of my recipes I put my own spin on it but it’s just so yummy. So here it is!! You can obviously swap out blueberries for ANY fruit! It will be yummy with any berry, or even pineapple and especially banana! :) Give it a go and tag me if you make it! Also, I’m pretty sure you already have EVERY ingredient needed for this in your house today. Which is a BONUS!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup Blueberries

  • 1 TBSP honey

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Cup Milk of Choice (I used raw milk)

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 2 TBSP Rolled Oats

  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter (or whatever type of nut butter you prefer)

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together until ‘fluffy’. Make sure the ingredients are well-mixed then bled for an extra 10 seconds so the smoothie gets kind of fluffy (lack of a better word lol).

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
