Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This is such a yummy treat. I cannot wait for you to try it. I got the idea from the 40 Days Postpartum Book that I absolutely love. It is a nourishing recipe that will keep your blood sugar in check and will fulfill your sweet tooth too. Best of all - it’s ONE dish. The blender! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Directions:

  1. Blend avocados, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until combined.

  2. Refrigerate in pre-portioned jars - makes 3 servings!

  3. You can top with unsweetened coconut, chocolate chips, or for a salty twist - pretzels!

  4. Enjoy!
