Easy Family Dinner | Sausage and Veggies in Red Sauce

This easy weeknight meal is not only delicious but it only took 30 minutes to make from start to finish and I even had to chop most of the veggies! I definitely suggest this go on top of your favorite spaghetti but we ended up having it on it’s own that night! I love making sausage for dinner because it’s quick and easy and everyone loves it!

Sausage and Veggies with Red Sauce

  • 3lbs sausage

  • 1/2 bag frozen onions

  • 2 green bell peppers

  • 1 zucchini

  • Jar of your favorite tomato sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Optional - Spaghetti!

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Cut sausage with scissors and cook fully.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Chop veggies and cook. Don’t forget to pre heat your cast iron before you use it!
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Once veggies are all cooked add a jar of tomato sauce.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Add sausage to bowl and top with veggie sauce! Enjoy!!!!
