Shrimp Kabobs

Kabobs are like a forgotten fan favorite. They are just so easy to make and throw on the grill. I love them in the summer so I don’t have to be inside cooking while the kids are outside playing and they make life easy because it’s all on a stick! These yummy Japanese bbq shrimp kabobs are delicious and quick to make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. of shrimp

  • Japanese BBQ sauce

  • Pineapple

  • Zucchini

  • Onion

Directions:

  1. Marinade shrimp in Japanese BBQ Sauce while chopping your veggies.

  2. Chop pineapple, zucchini and onion into bite size pieces about 1 1/12 inches wide so they stay on the kabob.

  3. Put shrimp, veggies and pineapple on kabob in whichever order you’d like!

  4. Grill until cooked - about 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve with rice, potato salad, or cheesy bread.

  6. Enjoy!
