Homemade Italian Hoagies

Making hoagies at home is SO fun. Such an easy summer meal, that doesn’t require the oven or heating anything up at all! This can be a fun meal for a picnic and is definitely kid-friendly! You will have leftovers too which will be great for lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound Soprasetta

  • 1/2 Pound Salami

  • 1/2 Pound Proscuitto

  • 1 Pound Ham

  • 1 Pound Sharp Provelone

  • 1 Package Martins Potato Rolls or rolls of choice

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Sliced tomato

  • Sliced White Onion

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive Oil

  • Mayo

Directions:

  1. This recipe makes 4 sandwiches. So each sandwich gets 1-2 slices of meat and 2 slices of cheese.

  2. Before you add the meat, you sprinkle olive oil on the roll, and salt, pepper, and mayo (if you want).

  3. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion.

  4. Serve with chips, pickles, or salad!
