Weekday Farm Fresh Egg and Bacon and Casserole

During the week, I make an egg casserole so we have an easy breakfast option without the time (and dishes) that making eggs daily requires! These are quick, yummy, and full of protein! Sometimes I’ll add veggies, or potatoes for a full meal!

Bacon and Farm Fresh Eggs Casserole

Serves: 4-5

Ingredients:

  • 10 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • Bacon (cooked or uncooked)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.

  2. Whisk eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper.

  3. In a 9” round dish coated with oil or oil spray, pour egg mixture.

  4. Top mixture with bacon.

  5. Cook for about 25-30 minutes until the eggs are cooked through!

  6. Let sit for a few minutes then serve!

  7. Enjoy!
