Gluten Free Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

This was super yummy and I used gluten free pasta so it’s gluten free! You can sub out the dairy products for dairy-free options and make it dairy free too! :)

CHICKEN:

3 lbs shredded chicken seasoned with garlic, parsley, salt & pepper (I cooked it in the oven on 375 for 25 mins in 1 cup of water)

SAUCE:

2 cups milk
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup GF flour
1 1/2 cup Mozzerella
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
1 box @jovialfoods gluten free pasta
1 pack uncured organic turkey bacon
2 packs cooked frozen broccoli
1/2 cup mozzarella

To make the sauce you add milk and butter to a pan, and combine, bring to a bubble add flour. Then add Mozzerella & seasonings. Remove from heat.

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup Mozzerella. Bake at 375 for 30 mins covered. 15 mins at 400 uncovered!
