Crockpot Beef Bowls

I use my crockpot ALL YEAR LONG. It is such an easy and convenient way to make a quick dinner. It is so helpful for busy sports seasons, or the seasons that are just busy in general and makes dinner super quick and easy to clean up!

Asian Beef Bowls

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 3lbs. Beef Cubes

  • 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 2 TBSP Rice Vinegar

  • 1 tsp. Worchestshire

  • 2 TBSP Sesame Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Broccoli

  • 2 Cups Rice

  • 1 Cup Water

  • Japenese BBQ Sauce (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Set crockpot to 5 hours on low heat.

  2. Spray with olive oil or avocado oil spray.

  3. Add beef cubes, and seasonings.

  4. Cook for 2 hours.

  5. Add rice and water.

  6. Cook for 2 hours.

  7. Add broccoli on top (this will steam the broccoli).

  8. Let cook for 1 hour.

  9. Serve & enjoy!
