OLIPOP - A New Kind of Soda

This delicious pasta was so good for a summer night and I dare say restaurant quality! 🫶🏼 It was super simple to make and we all loved it! My one year old ate the noodles and enjoyed them so much she probably had 15-20 🤣

Summer recipes are great because you don’t want to have the stove on too long and everything you make has fresh ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs Shrimp

  • Asparagus

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Sun dried tomatoes

  • Noodles (organic)

  • Olive oil (California Olive Rach is our favorite)

  • Butter

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. We use the Lodge Cast Iron pans! Add shrimp.

  2. Meanwhile, boil salt water for the noodles.

  3. Once shrimp is cooked add asparagus.

  4. Boil pasta.

  5. Once pasta is done cooking, then drain and put back in Dutch oven,

  6. Add sun dried tomatoes and some oil.

  7. When everything is cooked, add pasta mix to a bowl and top with shrimp!

  8. Enjoy!
